Wolfberry Special Incentives Policy

At Slokker Homes, we’re excited to offer limited-time incentives for purchasers at Wolfberry in Aspen Spring. Please review the following terms and conditions to understand eligibility and details of the program.

1. Eligibility
● Incentives are available only to purchasers who register directly via the official Wolfberry in Aspen Spring | Slokker Homes developer website (https://wolfberryaspen.ca).● Registrants must provide valid contact details and select their preferred incentives at the time of registration.● Incentives are limited to two (2) per unit and apply only to the purchaser named on the registration form.

2. Available Incentives
Examples of incentives may include, but are not limited to:● No Condo Fees for 1 Year● Free Internet for 1 Year● Free A/C Upgrade● Storage Locker● Up to $5,000 in Design Upgrades
Please note: Upgrade credits are available from $500 CAD up to $5,000 CAD, depending on unit type and location.

3. Conditions
Incentives must be confirmed and documented in the Reservation Agreement or Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) at the time of contracting.
● Incentives cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.● Some incentives (such as upgrade credits) may vary in value based on unit size, floor, or location.● Incentives may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly authorized in writing by Slokker Homes

4. Limitations
Incentives are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

5. Legal Disclaimer

This incentive program does not alter the final purchase price of the home as stated in the Purchase and Sale Agreement. Incentives are promotional in nature and are provided strictly in accordance with the terms above.
